Design Phase 1979
An Olympic size swimming pool with 3M and 10M diving boards and support facilities was commissioned by the Blaine County Parks District. The design solution included arrays of solar hot water panels located on the roof to heat the pool. Materials utilized include precast concrete, glass block, stucco and glass. The design was not constructed due to a public bond issue that did not carry.
